Our mission

Make fitness data effortless and universal.

Every gym already has the infrastructure. None of it is intelligent. We are changing that.

The problem

Logging is where training dies.

We live in an age where technology automates almost everything. Yet every gym session still starts the same way: pull out your phone, open a tracking app, manually type in every exercise, every set, every rep.

Most people give up logging within weeks. The ones who stick with it spend more time on their phones than focused on their workout. Either way, the data that could make you stronger never gets captured.

The irony is that gyms already have the physical infrastructure to solve this. They just need the intelligence to understand what is happening inside them.

Our approach

Make the gym understand itself.

atheo adds a layer of intelligence to the gym you already train in. It recognises exercises, counts reps, and reads the weight on the bar in real time. Your workout appears in your app on its own. No phone during sets. No manual entry. Ever.

Who's building it

Built by someone who lifts.

“I was tired of choosing between training hard and tracking it. So I built the thing that does the tracking for you.”

What we believe

Three things we won't compromise.

Privacy is non-negotiable

Your gym should make you stronger, not watched. Everything is processed on-site and the visual data is discarded in real time. Not because regulation requires it. Because it is the right thing to do.

Invisible beats easy

The best technology disappears. We do not want you to use atheo. We want you to train normally and find your session waiting for you afterwards.

Wrong data is worse than none

A number you cannot trust is worse than no number at all. We obsess over getting the rep, the set, and the weight right, because your training decisions depend on it.
